MN1 RQ Kit

Reagent kit for quantitative determination of the MN1 gene expression level in clinical biomaterials by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection.

The MN1 RQ Kit is a molecular diagnostic kit designed for the detection and quantification of MN1 (Meningioma 1) gene expression. The MN1 gene is involved in various cellular processes and has been implicated in the development and progression of certain hematological malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML).

 The kit can be used to assess probability of relapse in patients with acute leukemia.

The kit of reagents is designed to conduct a study in a quantitative format for 24 clinical samples in duplicate, including controls).
